Frequently Asked Questions

We accept all US major credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, AmEX, Discover, and all US debit cards.

We only ship to the billing address associated with the card that you are using. If you need to have your order ship to another location, please contact your card provider and let them know. They will have to add your new shipping address in their system before you can place an order. Please be mindful that the declined card order can have a temporary hold on the account by the card provider. Please contact your card provider for assistance.

We process orders from Monday to Saturday from 8 AM EST to 6 PM EST excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed before 4 PM EST will be shipped out the same day.

While we try our best to process all orders within 24 hours, please allow up to 48 hours for processing and tracking information.

We package our shipments discreetly in white or brown generic padded envelope or boxes with no marking on them.

Unfortunately, we only ship via USPS and FedEx Ground shipping. No upgrades or express shipping available at this time.

All orders placed before 2 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. We ship within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday after 2 PM will be shipped out on Monday morning.

You can login your account page, click on the ORDERS menu from the left side and view your tracking information by clicking on the corresponding order number on that page. Tracking number are also emailed to the associated email address immediately upon shipping of the order.
