VAPE.IO is an online based Wholesale and Authorized Distributor of E-Liquid / E-Juice and Vaping products. We operate from multiple warehouses located across the U.S., we carry authentic products including all major brands such as JUUL, STIG, SOL, VGOD, Myle, etc.
Why are the prices not showing on the website?
VAPE.IO offers competitive prices in the market and only shown to approved shop owners. In order to see the prices, you can register for an account with us, upon approval, you can see all our amazing low prices.
How do I place an order online?
Once your account has been approved, you can login with your credentials, browse our entire catalog and place an order online and make the payment with any major Credit or Debit card. All inventories are updated up-to-the second. You can add all the desired products to the cart and checkout fast.
I can’t login to my account, how can I reset my password?
You can reset your password by visiting the Password Reset page. Simply enter your email address on this page and check your email for the password reset code, enter at the prompt and create a new password. If you still having trouble you can Contact Us.
I just placed the order. When will you ship my order?
All orders placed before 2PM EST will be shipped out the same day. We ship within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday after 2PM will be shipped out on Monday morning.
What shipping method does VAPE.IO use?
Orders are delivered via FedEX or USPS nation-wide.
What countries do you ship to?
We only ship to the United States.

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with Credit and Debit cards during checkout.
Can I pay COD - cash on delivery?
Certain exceptions can be made for customers who have been with us for over 3 years. Please conact your sales representative for more details.
Can I pay with Wire Transfer?
Absolutely. Please contact us for wire transfer information. Once the payment is cleared, your order will be shipped out immediately.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. Saying that, we stand by our products. If there is a problem with any part of your order, please Contact Us.
We accept returns for defective goods within 7 days of purchase, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on opened products. All returns will be replaced with a new item. If we do not have that product in stock, we will issue you a refund. Please note that if we receive your return and upon inspection deem it not damaged or deem the item has been tampered with, we will return it to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
